Micron is a sixteen year old African Canadian teenager called Tyrone Strong, who lives in Ottawa, Canada with his two parents Susan Strong who is a nurse and Peter Strong who is a professional doctor. They live in a suburban part of the city, and Tyrone is in high school at grade ten, he also has a girlfriend named Megan.
His main form of transportation he has is a motorcycle that he get's later(in issue 7).Also he spends alot of time playing the xbox 360 and hanging with his girlfriend.
One day when jogging through a park in his city Tyrone came across a badly injured woman in the path. Tyrone tends to her wounds and contacts an ambulance using his cell phone. Eventually the ambulance arrived and took the mysterious woman to the hospital. Tyrone saved her life.

Soon after, the mysterious woman disappeared from the hospital and tracked down Tyrone.
She explained to him that she was a powerful sorceress called Atraidies and to repay Tyrone for saving her life she granted him magical powers.

Whenever Tyrone speaks the magic words “MICRON” He changes shape and shrinks down to a little over one foot. At that size a costume and mask appear over him. He also retains his full sized strength and speed. He can jump slightly over head level, run at his full sized speed and hit someone with his full sized strength. Whenever he speaks the word “TYRONE STRONG” He reverts back to normal size.

When Megan speaks the word “MICRETTE” She shrinks down to Micron’s size. At that size she can fly and shoot energy beams out of her hands. At small size she does not retain her full sized strength and cannot run at her full sized speed. Soon after, she became Micron’s partner.

The third member was a woman called Diamond. The Tech Squad had robbed a series of banks in the city, only stealing valuables from safety deposit boxes instead of cash. Micron eventually brought them down while trying to rob a city bank and in doing so made himself known to the world.

Charles has no magical powers, only high intellect. Whenever he shows himself is on a TV or computer screen. And his image is always black, and his voice is scrambled. As a result he is known to the world, but no one knows what his real name is or what he really looks like. She then moved to Canada and became a professional assassin. She first encountered Micron when she was sent to a reporters house to assassinate a reporter who was asking one question too many about organized crime in the city.
